Last time I was in NYC during the summer time it was my 16th Birthday and I was with my mom and grandma touring colleges up north. I distinctly remember walking on Madison Ave in the Upper East Side and buying my very own gold Michael Kors Watch (because that was the cool thing back then)! We explored areas, toured colleges, and celebrated my birthday. We had my birthday dinner at the Standard Hotel and now flash forward 5 years and I am enjoying happy hour on the Standard Hotel Rooftop!! Me and one of my best friends from home took this quick weekend trip to enjoy the city in the summer and it was just so beautiful! There are just so many moments when I walk around and think to myself "wow I cannot believe I am here". From as long as I can remember I wanted to move to New York City. It has ALWAYS been my goal in life. Now I can finally say it is actually coming true! I am definitely planning on doing more blog posts about my move soon!!
